The average sold price for condos during October in Jersey City downtown has increased to $777,598 compared to the average sold price in September of $647,304.
The number of units sold also increased during October in Jersey City downtown, with 56 condos sold this month to 48 in September. The highest sold price in October was $1,960,000 compared to $1,770,000 the previous month.
The average days on the market increased slightly to 28 compared to 27 in September.
